O‘zbek tilidagi Muqaddas Kitob 2012

Ey Quddus qizlari, va’da beringlar, Vaqt–soati kelmaguncha, Sevgini qo‘zg‘atmang, uyg‘otmang.

Sulaymonning go‘zal qo‘shig‘i 8

Sevgi beboshlik qilmas, xudbinlik qilmas, achchiqlanmas, kek saqlamas.

Injil, 1 Korinfliklar 13:5

Tavrot, Sulaymonning go‘zal qo‘shig‘i 8 (O‘zbek tilidagi Muqaddas Kitob 2012)

1 Qaniydi, onam emizgan akamday bo‘lsang edi.
Ko‘chada ko‘rganimda, seni o‘pgan bo‘lardim,
Hech kim meni bu uchun ayblamagan bo‘lardi.
2 Men seni onamning uyiga boshlab kelardim.
Menga o‘git bergan onamning yotog‘iga olib kirardim,
Senga xushbo‘y sharobu anorlarim sharbatini berardim.
3 Mana, sevgilimning chap qo‘li boshim ostidadir,
O‘ng qo‘li bilan esa meni quchoqlaydi!
4 Ey Quddus qizlari, va’da beringlar,
Vaqt–soati kelmaguncha,
Sevgini qo‘zg‘atmang, uyg‘otmang.
5 O‘z sevgilisi bilan quchoqlashib,
Cho‘l tarafdan kelayotgan kim?
Olma daraxti ostida men seni uyg‘otdim.
Onang shu yerda senga homilador bo‘lgan,
Mana shu yerda seni dunyoga keltirgan.
6 Qo‘lingdagi muhr uzugingday,
Meni ham yuragingga muhrlab olgin.
Axir, sevgi o‘limday kuchli,
Ishq ajalday shiddatlidir.
Sevgining uchqunlari olov uchqunlariday,
Lovullagan alangadaydir.
7 Suv sevgini o‘chirolmaydi,
To‘fonlar uni cho‘ktirolmaydi.
Birortasi sevgi uchun
Uyidagi bor boyligini bersa ham,
Mazaxdan boshqa hech narsaga erishmaydi.

Injil, 1 Korinfliklar 13 (O‘zbek tilidagi Muqaddas Kitob 2012)

2 Agar bashoratgo‘y bo‘lsam, agar butun sirlardan voqif bo‘lib, har qanday ilmni bilsam, agar tog‘larni ko‘chiradigan imonga ega bo‘lsam-u, lekin sevgim bo‘lmasa, men hech narsa emasman.
3 Agar butun yer-mulkimni taqsimlab bersam, hatto badanimni yondirishga topshirsam-u, lekin sevgim bo‘lmasa, menga hech foydasi yo‘q.
4 Sevgi sabrli va ko‘ngilchandir. Sevgi hasad qilmas, kekkaymas, shishinmas.
5 Sevgi beboshlik qilmas, xudbinlik qilmas, achchiqlanmas, kek saqlamas.
6 Sevgi nohaqlikka sevinmas, aksincha, haqiqat ila shod bo‘lur.
7 Sevgi har narsani ko‘tarar, har yo‘lda ishonch hosil qilar, har sharoitda umid saqlar, har narsaga toqat qilar.
8 Sevgi aslo ado bo‘lmas. Payg‘ambarlar bashorati bo‘lsa, tamom bo‘lg‘usi. Tillar bo‘lsa, jim bo‘lg‘usi. Bilim bo‘lsa, bartaraf bo‘lg‘usi.

English Standard Version

I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, that you not stir up or awaken love until it pleases.

Song of Solomon 8:4

Love is not rude. It does not insist on its own way.

1 Corinthians 13:5

Tavrot, Sulaymonning go‘zal qo‘shig‘i 8 (English Standard Version)

1 Oh that you were like a brother to me
who nursed at my mother's breasts!
If I found you outside, I would kiss you,
and none would despise me.
2 I would lead you and bring you
into the house of my mother—
she who used to teach me.
I would give you spiced wine to drink,
the juice of my pomegranate.
3 His left hand is under my head,
and his right hand embraces me!
4 I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem,
that you not stir up or awaken love
until it pleases.
5 Who is that coming up from the wilderness,
leaning on her beloved?
Under the apple tree I awakened you.
There your mother was in labor with you;
there she who bore you was in labor.
6 Set me as a seal upon your heart,
as a seal upon your arm,
for love is strong as death,
jealousy is fierce as the grave.
Its flashes are flashes of fire,
the very flame of the Lord.
7 Many waters cannot quench love,
neither can floods drown it.
If a man offered for love
all the wealth of his house,
he would be utterly despised.

Injil, 1 Korinfliklar 13 (English Standard Version)

2 And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
3 If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant
5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;
6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.
7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8 Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.
