O‘zbek tilidagi Muqaddas Kitob 2012

Qadimgi kunlarni eslang, Uzoq o‘tmishni o‘ylang. Otalaringizdan so‘rang, u sizlarga aytib beradi, Oqsoqollardan so‘rang, sizlarga gapirib berishadi.

Tavrot, Qonun takrori 32:7

Keling, ey bolalar, tinglangiz meni, O‘rgatayin men Egamizdan qo‘rqishni.

Zabur 33:12

Tavrot, Qonun takrori 32 (O‘zbek tilidagi Muqaddas Kitob 2012)

4 U suyangan Qoyam, Uning ishlari komil,
Hamma yo‘llari adolatlidir.
Xudo sadoqatlidir, Unda yolg‘on yo‘q,
U haq va odildir.
5 Ammo sizlar Unga sodiq qolmadingiz!
Ey buzuq va egri nasl,
Endi sizlar Uning farzandlari, deb atalmaysiz,
Bu sizlarning isnodingizdir.
6 Egamizga shunday qaytarasizmi,
Ey ahmoq, nodon xalq?!
U sizlarni yaratgan Otangiz–ku!
Sizga shakl bergan Yaratuvchingiz–ku!
7 Qadimgi kunlarni eslang,
Uzoq o‘tmishni o‘ylang.
Otalaringizdan so‘rang, u sizlarga aytib beradi,
Oqsoqollardan so‘rang, sizlarga gapirib berishadi.
8 Xudoyi Taolo xalqlarga yerni bo‘lib berganda,
Odamzodni yer yuziga tarqatganda,
Xalqlarning chegaralarini,
Ilohiy zotlar soniga ko‘ra, belgilagandi.
9 Yoqub naslini esa Egamiz O‘ziga ulush qilib oldi,
Isroilni O‘z nasibasi qildi.
10 Egamiz Isroilni sahrodan,
Uvullaydigan dashtdan topib oldi.
Uni O‘z bag‘riga oldi,
Unga g‘amxo‘rlik qilib,
Ko‘z qorachig‘iday saqladi.

Zabur 33 (O‘zbek tilidagi Muqaddas Kitob 2012)

9 Egamizning muruvvatini tatib ko‘r,
Egamiz yaxshidir, bilib ol.
Naqadar baxtlidir Unda panoh topganlar.
10 Ey taqvodorlar, Egamizdan qo‘rqing.
Undan qo‘rqqanlar aslo muhtojlik ko‘rmas.
11 Hatto yirtqich shervachchalar ovqatsiz,
Ular ochlikdan azob chekadi.
Egamizga yuz burganlardan esa
Farovonlik ayrilmaydi.
12 Keling, ey bolalar, tinglangiz meni,
O‘rgatayin men Egamizdan qo‘rqishni.
13 Hayotdan zavqlanishni,
Baxtli uzoq umr ko‘rishni istaysizmi?
14 Demak, tilingizni yomon so‘zlardan tiying,
Og‘zingizni yolg‘on gaplardan asrang.
15 Yomonlikdan qayting, yaxshilik qiling,
Tinchlik istang, ha, tinchlik payida bo‘ling.

Remember the days of old; consider the years of many generations; ask your father, and he will show you, your elders, and they will tell you.

Deuteronomy 32:7

Come, O children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord.

Psalm 34:11

Tavrot, Qonun takrori 32 (English Standard Version)

4 “The Rock, his work is perfect,
for all his ways are justice.
A God of faithfulness and without iniquity,
just and upright is he.
5 They have dealt corruptly with him;
they are no longer his children because they are blemished;
they are a crooked and twisted generation.
6 Do you thus repay the Lord,
you foolish and senseless people?
Is not he your father, who created you,
who made you and established you?
7 Remember the days of old;
consider the years of many generations;
ask your father, and he will show you,
your elders, and they will tell you.
8 When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance,
when he divided mankind,
he fixed the borders of the peoples
according to the number of the sons of God.
9 But the Lord's portion is his people,
Jacob his allotted heritage.
10 “He found him in a desert land,
and in the howling waste of the wilderness;
he encircled him, he cared for him,
he kept him as the apple of his eye.

Zabur 34 (English Standard Version)

8 Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good!
Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
9 Oh, fear the Lord, you his saints,
for those who fear him have no lack!
10 The young lions suffer want and hunger;
but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
11 Come, O children, listen to me;
I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
12 What man is there who desires life
and loves many days, that he may see good?
13 Keep your tongue from evil
and your lips from speaking deceit.
14 Turn away from evil and do good;
seek peace and pursue it.
