O‘zbek tilidagi Muqaddas Kitob 2012

Tinchlikdan nafrat etuvchi xalq orasida Yashashdan charchadim. Men tinchlik tarafdoriman, Ammo gapiray, deb og‘iz ochsam, Ular urushni istaydilar.

Zabur 119:6-7

Shuning uchun o‘zaro tinch–totuv yashash va bir–birimizning imonimizni mustahkamlash harakatida bo‘laylik.

Injil, Rimliklar 14:19

Zabur 119 (O‘zbek tilidagi Muqaddas Kitob 2012)

3 Ey makkor til, Egamiz boshingga ne kunni solar ekan?
Uning ustiga yana nima qilar ekan senga?
4 U jangchining o‘tkir o‘qlari bilan seni jazolaydi,
Yonayotgan yulg‘un butasining cho‘g‘lari bilan senga jazo beradi.
5 Holimga voy, Meshexda musofirman,
Kedar chodirlari orasida yashayman.
6 Tinchlikdan nafrat etuvchi xalq orasida
Yashashdan charchadim.
7 Men tinchlik tarafdoriman,
Ammo gapiray, deb og‘iz ochsam,
Ular urushni istaydilar.

Injil, Rimliklar 14 (O‘zbek tilidagi Muqaddas Kitob 2012)

16 Siz yaxshi deb bilgan narsa haqida boshqalar yomon gap gapirmasin.
17 Xudoning shohligi ovqat va ichimlikdan emas, balki Muqaddas Ruh ato qiladigan solihlik, tinchlik va quvonchdan iborat.
18 Masihga shu tarzda xizmat qilgan odam Xudoni ham mamnun qiladi, insonlarning ham maqtoviga sazovor bo‘ladi.
19 Shuning uchun o‘zaro tinch–totuv yashash va bir–birimizning imonimizni mustahkamlash harakatida bo‘laylik.
20 Yegulikni deb, Xudoning ishiga putur yetkazmanglar! To‘g‘ri, hamma narsa halol, ammo biror narsani yeb, birodarini vasvasaga solgan odam noto‘g‘ri ish tutgan bo‘ladi.
21 Go‘sht yeyish, sharob ichish yoki shunga o‘xshash ishlar birorta birodarni vasvasaga solayotgan bo‘lsa, bularni qilmaslik yaxshidir.
22 Bu masaladagi fikringizni Xudoning O‘zi hukm qilsin. Tutgan yo‘lini hukm qilmagan odam baxtiyordir.

Too long have I had my dwelling among those who hate peace. I am for peace, but when I speak, they are for war!

Psalm 120:6-7

Let us pursue what makes for peace and for mutual upbuilding.

Romans 14:19

Zabur 120 (English Standard Version)

3 What shall be given to you,
and what more shall be done to you,
you deceitful tongue?
4 A warrior's sharp arrows,
with glowing coals of the broom tree!
5 Woe to me, that I sojourn in Meshech,
that I dwell among the tents of Kedar!
6 Too long have I had my dwelling
among those who hate peace.
7 I am for peace,
but when I speak, they are for war!

Injil, Rimliklar 14 (English Standard Version)

16 So do not let what you regard as good be spoken of as evil.
17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
18 Whoever thus serves Christ is acceptable to God and approved by men.
19 So then let us pursue what makes for peace and for mutual upbuilding.
20 Do not, for the sake of food, destroy the work of God. Everything is indeed clean, but it is wrong for anyone to make another stumble by what he eats.
21 It is good not to eat meat or drink wine or do anything that causes your brother to stumble.
22 The faith that you have, keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who has no reason to pass judgment on himself for what he approves.
