An Bíobla Naofa 1981

Téanam, go n-adharfaimis agus go sléachtfaimis; feacam ár nglúine i láthair an Tiarna a chruthaigh sinn.

Salm 95:6

A Thiarna agus a Dhia linn, is fiú thú glóir agus onóir agus cumhacht a fháil, óir is tú a chruthaigh an uile ní agus is trí do thoil a tháinig siad ann agus a cruthaíodh iad.

Apacailipsis (Taispeántadh) 4:11

Salm 95 (An Bíobla Naofa 1981)

3 Óir is Dia mór é go dearfa an Tiarna;
is rí mór é os cionn na ndéithe go léir.
4 Is ina lámha atá duibheagáin na cruinne,
agus is leis mar an gcéanna na hardsléibhte.
5 Is leis an fharraige, óir is é a chruthaigh í;
agus is iad a lámha a dhealbhaigh an talamh tirim.
6 Téanam, go n-adharfaimis agus go sléachtfaimis;
feacam ár nglúine i láthair an Tiarna a chruthaigh sinn.
7 Óir is é ár nDia é, agus is sinne
pobal a pháirce agus caoirigh a láimhe.
8 Á, dá n-eistfeadh sibh inniu lena ghlór:
“Ná cruaigí bhur gcroí mar a tharla i Miríbeá,
nó an lá úd ag Masá san fhásach
9 mar a ndearna bhur n-aithreacha mo phromhadh,
do mo thriail cé go bhfacadar mo bhearta.

Apacailipsis (Taispeántadh) 4 (An Bíobla Naofa 1981)

8 Agus bíonn sé sciatháin ar gach ceann de na ceithre dúile beo, agus iad lán de shúile mórthimpeall agus laistigh; ní théann aon stad orthu de lá ná d’oíche ach ag rá:
9 “Is naofa, naofa, naofa,
an Tiarna Dia Uilechumhachtach;
an té a bhí ann, atá, agus atá le teacht.”
10 Agus i gcónaí nuair a thugann na dúile glóir agus onóir agus buíochas don té atá ina shuí sa ríchathaoir, an té a mhaireann ar feadh na síoraíochta, sléachtann an ceathrar seanóirí fichead go talamh os comhair an té atá ina shuí sa ríchathaoir, agus adhrann siad an té a mhaireann ar feadh na síoraíochta, agus caitheann a gcorónacha síos os comhair na ríchathaoireach á rá:
11 “A Thiarna agus a Dhia linn, is fiú thú glóir agus onóir agus cumhacht a fháil, óir is tú a chruthaigh an uile ní agus is trí do thoil a tháinig siad ann agus a cruthaíodh iad.

English Standard Version

Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!

Psalm 95:6

Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.

Revelation 4:11

Salm 95 (English Standard Version)

3 For the Lord is a great God,
and a great King above all gods.
4 In his hand are the depths of the earth;
the heights of the mountains are his also.
5 The sea is his, for he made it,
and his hands formed the dry land.
6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
7 For he is our God,
and we are the people of his pasture,
and the sheep of his hand.
Today, if you hear his voice,
8 do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah,
as on the day at Massah in the wilderness,
9 when your fathers put me to the test
and put me to the proof, though they had seen my work.

Apacailipsis (Taispeántadh) 4 (English Standard Version)

8 And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings, are full of eyes all around and within, and day and night they never cease to say,
“Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty,
who was and is and is to come!”
9 And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him who is seated on the throne, who lives forever and ever,
10 the twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
11 “Worthy are you, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for you created all things,
and by your will they existed and were created.”
