An Bíobla Naofa 1981

Níl aon ní faoi cheilt ach chun go mbeadh sé soiléir, ná aon ní ina rún ach chun go dtiocfadh sé chun solais.

Marcas 4:22

Is beannaithe na mairbh a fhaigheann bás sa Tiarna, as seo amach. Is beannaithe go deimhin, a deir an Spiorad, i dtreo go scuirfidh siad dá saothar mar tá a n-oibreacha á leanúint.

Apacailipsis (Taispeántadh) 14:13

Marcas 4 (An Bíobla Naofa 1981)

19 ach go dtagann cúraimí an tsaoil agus mealladh an tsaibhris agus mianta i rudaí eile isteach, go bplúchann siad an briathar agus fágtar gan toradh é.
20 Agus iad seo a ghlac an síol ar an talamh maith, is iad seo na daoine a chluineann an briathar agus a ghabhann chucu é, agus a thugann toradh uathu faoi thríocha agus faoi sheasca agus faoi chéad.”
21 Dúirt sé leo: “An dtugtar lampa isteach chun go gcuirfí faoi bhéal peice é, nó faoi leaba? Nach ar chrann solais atá sé le cur?
22 Óir níl aon ní faoi cheilt ach chun go mbeadh sé soiléir, ná aon ní ina rún ach chun go dtiocfadh sé chun solais.
23 Má bhíonn cluasa chun éisteachta ar aon duine éisteadh sé!”
24 Dúirt sé leo: “Bígí aireach faoina gcluineann sibh. Is de réir an tomhais lena dtomhaiseann sibh a thomhaisfear chugaibh, agus tabharfar tuilleadh daoibhse a chluineann.
25 Óir an duine a mbíonn ní aige, tabharfar dó, agus an duine a bhíonn gan ní bainfear de fiú amháin a mbíonn aige.”

Apacailipsis (Taispeántadh) 14 (An Bíobla Naofa 1981)

10 ólfaidh seisean chomh maith cuid d’fhíon feirge Dé arna dhoirteadh gan chumasc i gcupán a chuthaigh; déanfar é a phianadh le tine agus le ruibh os comhair na n-aingeal naofa agus an Uain.
11 Tá deatach a bpianta ag éirí aníos ar feadh na síoraíochta. Ní bhíonn sos isló ná istoíche ag an dream a shléachtann le hómós don bheithíoch agus dá dhealbh ná ag aon duine a ghabhann marc a ainm chuige.”
12 Anseo a éilítear foighne na bhfíréan a choimeádann aitheanta Dé agus creideamh in Íosa.
13 Ansin chuala an guth ó na flaithis á rá: “Scríobh: Is beannaithe na mairbh a fhaigheann bás sa Tiarna, as seo amach.” “Is beannaithe go deimhin,” a deir an Spiorad, “i dtreo go scuirfidh siad dá saothar mar tá a n-oibreacha á leanúint.”
14 Ansin bhí fís agam agus b’shiúd an néal geal agus ina shuí ar an néal, neach mar mhac duine, agus coróin óir ar a cheann agus corrán géar ina lámh.
15 Agus tháinig aingeal eile amach ón teampall, ag glaoch in ard a ghutha ar an té a bhí ina shuí ar an néal, á rá: “Sáigh isteach do chorrán agus bain; óir tá aimsir an fhómhair tagtha agus tá fómhar an domhain seanabaí.”
16 Ansin d’imir an té a bhí ina shuí ar an néal a chorrán ar fhómhar an domhain agus baineadh fómhar an domhain.

English Standard Version

Nothing is hidden except to be made manifest; nor is anything secret except to come to light.

Mark 4:22

Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on. “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”

Revelation 14:13

Marcas 4 (English Standard Version)

19 but the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it proves unfruitful.
20 But those that were sown on the good soil are the ones who hear the word and accept it and bear fruit, thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold.”
21 And he said to them,
“Is a lamp brought in to be put under a basket, or under a bed, and not on a stand?
22 For nothing is hidden except to be made manifest; nor is anything secret except to come to light.
23 If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.”
24 And he said to them,
“Pay attention to what you hear: with the measure you use, it will be measured to you, and still more will be added to you.
25 For to the one who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.”

Apacailipsis (Taispeántadh) 14 (English Standard Version)

10 he also will drink the wine of God's wrath, poured full strength into the cup of his anger, and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.
11 And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”
12 Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.
13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”
14 Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and seated on the cloud one like a son of man, with a golden crown on his head, and a sharp sickle in his hand.
15 And another angel came out of the temple, calling with a loud voice to him who sat on the cloud, “Put in your sickle, and reap, for the hour to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is fully ripe.”
16 So he who sat on the cloud swung his sickle across the earth, and the earth was reaped.
