You shall treat the stranger who sojourns with you as the native among you.
Leviticus 19:34
Man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.

| 33 “When a stranger sojourns with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. |

You shall treat the stranger who sojourns with you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God. |
| 35 “You shall do no wrong in judgment, in measures of length or weight or quantity. |
| 6 When they came, he looked on Eliab and thought, “Surely the Lord's anointed is before him.” |
| 7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” |
